Awaba Properties & Homes on the Move
Awaba Properties and Homes on the Move were two separate identities who wanted to be rebranded as one. Their website had to highlight their core business as a specialist in short term and holiday rental accommodation.
We developed a feature rich holiday accommodation theme with many widgets allowing users to search for accommodation through either a Quick Search or Advance property cloud. Users can also elect to received news alerts or holiday accommodation and normal rental accommodation alerts along with post comments and request a property management appraisal.
There is an advance holiday enquiry form allowing users to check the availability, select the nights they would like to stay and provide other information which will be instantly submitted to the property manager.
Holiday Accommodation Booking System
The Agentlog short term/holiday accommodation booking system allows clients to have a fully automated online booking system.
Property managers are able to enter all the usual property details you would for a normal rental property plus they can enter:
* Normal season dates, prices and minimum nights
* Mid season dates, prices and minimum nights
* High season dates, prices and minimum nights
* Peak season dates, prices and minimum nights
Within the system this data is displayed on a calendar using different colours and nights that are booked are also highlighted with another colour. This information is then drawn from the client database and can be displayed in any way on the clients website.
The system can be easily adjusted to accept payments for accommodation through PayPal while automatically updating the availability of the calendar.
Richardson & Wrench Mosman & Neutral Bay
The Richardson & Wrench Mosman and Neutral Bay (RWM) home page, is quite a large home page. Because of the wealth of information provided by RWM over the years, we think it is important to share this information - even to the casual visitor. We worked with the team from RWM to identify all of the key information areas and combined this into a home page, which is now more of a jump station to various sections of the site.
We also realised the importance of the people at RWM, you can have the greatest technology, the best systems on the planet, but it still comes down to your people. Including items such as latest news, most popular news, people, weekly feature properties, recent sales and latest releases gives the site more of a newspaper look and feel.
